1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Teacher Coaching Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Appropriate Use: The Application must be used solely for its intended purposes and not for any personal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must not share their passwords with others under any circumstances.

3. Service Description

• Modules: Our application consists of an Admin web portal, a Coach mobile app, and a teacher mobile app.
• Functionality: Module by functionality mentioned in privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content, including training materials and AI-generated feedback, remains the property of Room to Read or its project partners as authorized by Room to Read.
• Usage: Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable license to access the Application only for the purpose intended by these Terms.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Room TO Read disclaims liability for the Application. The Application is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Although the application offers limited offline functionality, an internet connection remains necessary for full operation
• AI Feedback: AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional judgment.
  The AI generated responses may not always be accurate. AI chat functionality requires an active internet connection.
• The user can access previously downloaded training resources and materials on their device without an internet connection.
• Third-Party Services: The Application uses Cloud service, OpenAI, and other third parties as needed. These third-party services may be subject to their own terms.
• Users hereby agree to indemnify Room to Read for any misuse or breach of the Terms.

6. Modifications to the Service

• Updates: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Application at any time.
• Notification: Significant changes will be communicated through the application notification or via email.

7. Termination

• User Termination: You may request to terminate your account at any time, subject to data retention policies. Although the user account will automatically terminate on user’s employment termination.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by Indian law.
• Resolution: The courts of New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
